Job Title: Supervisor

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned work locations.

  2. Assign duties and work schedules to cleaning staff and ensure sufficient manpower.

  3. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, work performance and productivity.

  4. Ensure cleaning tasks are carried out according to company procedures, client requirements and service standards.

  5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and quality standards are maintained.

  6. Ensure staff comply with workplace safety requirements and use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.

  7. Arrange cleaning materials, equipment and supplies, and monitor stock levels.

  8. Handle clients’ feedback, complaints and operational issues, and take corrective action when necessary.

  9. Prepare daily work reports, attendance records and other operational documents.

  10. Report manpower issues, incidents and site operational matters to management.
