Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and organised Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage events and event-related operations. The successful candidate will work with clients, vendors, and operational teams to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and special events.
• Coordinate manpower, event staff, schedules, and on-site operations.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor event budgets, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Ensure safety procedures and event requirements are followed.
• Handle operational issues and prepare event reports.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in event management or event operations is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
