We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence. If you have a strong background in sales leadership, partnership development, and strategic planning, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Your Role:

Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market expansion
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions

Sales Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales targets
• Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance and sales pipeline
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members

Client & Partnership Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Lead negotiations for major deals, contracts, and collaborations
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

• Monitor industry developments and identify emerging opportunities
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
• Contribute to the development of new services, products, or market initiatives

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
• Align business development strategies with company goals
• Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry activities

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
