Job Summary:

As a Quality Control Inspector, you are responsible for ensuring that products meet quality and efficiency standards before they are delivered to customers. You will perform inspections, tests, and audits throughout the production process to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and areas for improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Inspections:

• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Use various measurement tools, such as callipers, micrometers, and gauges, to perform dimensional and functional checks.

Identify Defects and Non-Conformities:

• Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards during inspections.
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• To pack or sort finished goods as per instruction.
• Perform checking on quality of product before packing.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in Quality control is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move items.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
