Core Responsibilities

* Customer Engagement & Chat Support: Promptly reply to incoming customer queries through WhatsApp or Telegram.

* Lead Generation & Outreach: Follow up with digital leads, qualify prospective buyers, and pitch product features or special promotions via virtual channels.

* Sales Conversions: Guide buyers from initial product interest to completed checkout, applying effective closing strategies to hit part-time sales targets.

* Order & Pipeline Tracking: Log customer details, track active orders, and record sales activities digitally using company CRM tools or spreadsheet trackers.

* Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s catalog, pricing tiers, flash sales, and active marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Education & Experience: Minimum SPM or high school diploma; 1 year solid experienced in online sales through WhatsApp with proven sales result.

* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.

* Technical Setup: Access to a reliable, high-speed home internet connection, a personal computer or smartphone, and familiarity with e-commerce dashboards or CRM software.

* Soft Skills: Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing flexible working hours independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
