EVENTS PART-TIME SERVICE CREW
We are looking for Events Part-Time Service Crew to smoothly run off-site events, including pop-ups, festive markets and other promotional activities. This role involves serving gelato, engaging with customers, assisting with event setup and closing, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards throughout the event to ensure a positive customer experience that reflects the brand's commitment to quality, excellence and care.
Completion Bonus: $40 – $60 (Weekly Package)
To qualify for the completion bonus, Event part-timers must meet the following requirements:
100% attendance for all scheduled shifts, with no late arrivals or last-minute cancellations.
Commit to a minimum of 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week, with at least 6 working hours per shift.
Complete all committed shifts throughout the event period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers with a warm service
Scoop and serve ice cream
Baking of cones
General cleaning
Assist with daily shop operations
EVENT LOCATIONS & PERIODS (Timings subject to change based on on-site demand)
Ngee Ann City (Orchard Road)
14 November 2026 – 3 January 2027
Day shift: 2.00pm-8.00pm
Night shift: 4.30pm-10.30pm / 5pm-11pm (Dec Fri, Sat)
Winter Wonderland, Gardens by the Bay
27 November 2026 – 3 January 2027
Day shift: 5.00pm-11.00pm
Night shift: 5.30pm-11.30pm

Basic Food Hygiene certificate
No prior working experience needed
