We are looking for a recruiter with 360-degree experience who is keen to develop a specialist Investment Banking desk, building new client relationships and a strong candidate network across banks and financial advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with local and international banks, investment banks and boutique financial advisory firms.

• Identify and develop recruitment opportunities across Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Structured Finance.

• Build relationships with senior banking professionals, hiring managers and key decision-makers.

• Proactively identify and engage suitable banking professionals through market mapping, networking, referrals and direct sourcing.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client acquisition and job briefing to candidate assessment, offer negotiation and placement.

• Develop a strong understanding of Investment Banking products, market movements and talent trends.

• Establish and grow a sustainable client portfolio and candidate network.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Banking & Financial Services.

• Experience in 360-degree recruitment, including business development and candidate delivery.

• Strong interest in Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate Finance.

• Confident communicator with good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Commercially driven, resilient and motivated to develop a specialist recruitment desk.

• Able to work independently and take ownership of business development activities.
