You'll be involved in various stages of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and relationship management. Along the way, you'll develop your communication and stakeholder management skills while gaining valuable exposure to the Singapore job market.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! No prior recruitment experience is required – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What you'll do:

• Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support clients' hiring needs.

• Work with Singapore-based consultants to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

• Review CVs and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, consultants, and clients.

• Keep candidates updated and provide support throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.

• Build strong candidate relationships to support current and future hiring needs.
