Customer Success Engineer – Prisma Access

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Engineer to support enterprise customers with Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access and SASE solutions. The role involves technical deployment, troubleshooting, customer adoption and resolving complex network security challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer onboarding, deployment and adoption of Prisma Access solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on SASE, SSE, ZTNA and network security.
• Handle complex troubleshooting, technical escalations and root cause analysis.
• Support firewall configurations, VPN connectivity and network security integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues involving BGP, TCP/IP, IPsec, SSL and authentication protocols.
• Manage customer support cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct technical workshops, customer training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and support teams to resolve customer issues.
• Recommend best practices and improvements to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Network Security, Technical Support or Enterprise Networking.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Knowledge of Prisma Access and SASE/SSE architecture.
• Strong understanding of BGP, TCP/IP, routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with VPN, IPsec, SSL, PKI, LDAP and RADIUS.
• Experience with firewall management, IDS/IPS and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise network environments.
• Strong customer-facing and technical escalation management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Prisma Access and Prisma SD-WAN.
• Exposure to Zscaler, Netskope, Fortinet or Cisco SASE solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, VMware and cloud networking.
• Familiarity with Wireshark and tcpdump.
• Certifications such as PCNSE, PCNSA, CCNP or CISSP.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, IT or an equivalent technical qualification.

Ideal Candidate

A Customer Success Engineer, Network Security Engineer, Palo Alto Engineer or Technical Support Engineer with strong enterprise networking, firewall, VPN and troubleshooting experience, along with exposure to SASE/SSE technologies and customer-facing technical support.
