Job Responsibilities
Update daily lunch menus and coordinate meal orders with vendors.
Process invoices, purchase requisitions, and goods receipts.
Manage staff and contractor passes, including Jurong Island (JI) pass registration.
Compile monthly man-hours reports and review employee claims.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain employee medical records, personnel files, company records, and licences.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Assist with annual occupational health medical checks and related arrangements.
Job requirement
Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
Meticulous, good inter-personal and communication skills.
