Job Description:
Oversee daily operations of Hunan Big Bowl stall at Cineleisure, including food preparation, service quality and hygiene standards.
Manage and roster stall staff, train new joiners and ensure compliance with SFA food safety requirements.
Manage inventory, ordering and cost control; coordinate with Food Dynasty, Grab and foodpanda platforms.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues on site.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards; valid Food Hygiene Certificate preferred.
Able to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis.
