Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data / Reporting / Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

This role involves preparing reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying data trends, and developing meaningful insights to help the organization achieve its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Monitor business metrics, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and reporting records.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze and visualize data.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Assist with improving data collection, reporting procedures, and analytical processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Familiarity with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Understanding of SQL or database management is beneficial.
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
