ArcadeXR is the company behind Arcade Online — a live entertainment platform where players around the world remotely control real arcade machines and win real prizes, alongside a growing catalogue of original digital games.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on HR & Finance Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day people operations, recruitment and accounting administration.

This is a varied role. You might spend Tuesday morning reviewing employment contracts or managing a work pass application, and Tuesday afternoon preparing reconciliations or supporting our month-end close.

You'll work closely with the CEO and Head of Finance, taking responsibility for the operational details that keep the business running smoothly. We're looking for someone organised, dependable, approachable and comfortable working independently.

What You'll Own

Finance & Accounting

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, supplier invoices, payments and employee expense claims.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, including bookkeeping, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing, financial reporting and audit preparation.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and service providers.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve financial processes.

People Operations

• Manage employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, leave and attendance.
• Administer probation, performance and compensation review cycles.
• Support employee relations, workplace conflicts and performance management matters.
• Manage MOM requirements, work passes and Singapore employment compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, employee benefits, medical insurance and claims.
• Support basic HR requirements for our teams in Australia and Vietnam.

Talent Acquisition

• Manage recruitment end-to-end, from job advertisements and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews and offers.
• Work with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates and fill vacancies efficiently.
• Manage recruitment agencies selectively, keeping hiring costs under control.

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience across both HR operations and finance/accounting, ideally in a small or medium-sized business.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment administration, MOM requirements and work passes.
• Strong hands-on accounting experience, including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing and audit preparation.
• Experience with payroll administration, employee relations and recruitment.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Good judgment, discretion and the confidence to work independently.
• A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership.

Nice to Have

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related discipline.
• Experience in a startup, technology or gaming company.
• Experience supporting regional teams or improving administrative processes.
