• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations, preferably in mining, heavy industry, or industrial environments.

• Proven supervisory experience with ability to manage frontline staff.

• Strong integrity, discipline, and accountability.

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and basic reporting tools.

• Willingness to be based at mining sites and travel between 5 sites as required.

About the role

OUS Group, a key player in Malaysia's iron ore and mineral resources sector, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations across our mining sites. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity. The successful candidate must be willing to be based at mining sites and travel between our 3 operational locations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

• Monitor staff performance to prevent negligence, theft, and misconduct.

• Verify stock records, reconcile discrepancies, and escalate issues to management.

• Prepare site-level reports on stock movement, manpower allocation, and compliance.

• Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational needs; train and guide junior storekeepers.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth material flow.

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and internal controls.
