about the job
Our client is seeking a proactive, data-driven Sales Manager to monitor, steer, and elevate nationwide sales performance in real time. Operating from KL Traders Square, this strategic sales leadership role involves managing operations remotely and working hand-in-hand with branch teams across Malaysia to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets are consistently achieved.
key responsibilities include:
Leading and driving overall sales performance across all client branches nationwide to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Continuously monitoring hourly and daily sales activity via live dashboards and analytical reports.
Partnering directly with branch teams to push promotional initiatives, execute timely customer follow-ups, and increase closures.
Proactively identifying underperforming outlets and executing immediate, targeted corrective action plans.
Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing core performance metrics, including branch walk-ins, conversion rates, average ticket size, and closing rates.
Enforcing strict sales discipline, workflow adherence, and active execution across all branches during operating hours (11 AM - 9 PM).

Strong background in sales leadership, with a preference for candidates experienced in retail or multi-branch operations.
