We are seeking an experienced APAC OT, Automation & Industrial Cybersecurity Lead to drive Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Automation, and Cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing sites in the APAC region.

We are seeking an experienced APAC OT, Automation & Industrial Cybersecurity Lead to drive Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Automation, and Cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing sites in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OT, Automation, and Industrial Cybersecurity programs across APAC manufacturing sites.
- Develop and implement OT cybersecurity strategies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Provide technical expertise on PLC, SCADA, HMI, Industrial Networks, and Control Systems.
- Support major CAPEX, automation, and digital transformation projects from design through implementation.
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives including OT Remote Access, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Active Directory security, and Backup & Recovery.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, Cybersecurity, and external vendors to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Promote standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across regional sites.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate OT cybersecurity risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- 8+ years of experience in OT, Industrial Automation, and Industrial Cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, Industrial Networks, and Control Systems.
- Experience with OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443 and ISA-95.
- Background in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience leading regional projects and stakeholders across APAC.
- Strong understanding of OT Remote Access, EDR, Backup & Recovery, and Active Directory security.
