Indoor Sales Support Executive – Control Valves

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8am–5.30pm | Friday: 8am–5pm
Basic Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 


About the Company

A Japanese control valve company providing valve solutions for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power industries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide product and service information.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Process customer purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and sales databases.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Provide customer service and follow up on client requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the control valve industry, training provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
