Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payments Product Manager to drive product strategy, development, and commercial growth across payment solutions. The role involves identifying market opportunities, delivering customer-focused products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch scalable solutions within a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development from market research and ideation through launch and go-to-market execution.
• Drive payment product initiatives across card processing, merchant services, and cross-border transactions.
• Analyse product performance, customer behaviour, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver product enhancements.
• Leverage SQL, dashboards, and AI-powered tools to support research, product planning, and decision-making.
• Manage complex product initiatives, establish priorities, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Support new product launches and business expansion across Southeast Asian markets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Proven experience delivering technology products from concept to market launch.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant lifecycle management, or cross-border payments.
• Knowledge of payment regulations and financial services markets across Southeast Asia is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and dashboard-based reporting.
• Experience using AI tools to improve product research, documentation, and prototyping.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
