Work Location:Punggol

6 working days（11am-10pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide assistance to customers and respond to their enquiries and requests

• Interact with children and parents throughout their visit and provide a positive customer experience

• Communicate with children in a patient, friendly and approachable manner

• Provide guidance and assistance to customers where necessary

• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally and escalate matters to the supervisor when required

• Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations and a good overall customer experience

• Assist with activities, events, promotions or other operational tasks when required

• Work closely with team members to support daily operations and customer service

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements

• Prior experience working with or interacting with children is highly preferred

• Candidates from Preschool, Childcare, Tuition, Enrichment Centre, Kids Playground, Indoor Playground or Kids Events backgrounds are welcome

• Candidates with experience at Kiztopia, Kidztopia or similar children-related environments will have an added advantage

• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• Patient, friendly and comfortable interacting with children

• Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents

• Positive, approachable and service-oriented personality

• Able to remain calm and patient when handling children or busy customer situations

• Comfortable working in a lively, customer-facing environment

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays where required
