Requirements

• 1–3 yearsin Client Success/Account Management/Customer Servicewith exposure to BD/Sales (B2B preferred)

• BD/Sales experience is a strong plus (prospecting, pipeline follow-up, renewals/upsells)

• Strong communication in English; Malayis an advantage,Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Comfortable with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), spreadsheets, and ticketing/chat tools

• Customer-first, organized, detail-oriented; solid follow-through and problem-solving

What you’ll do

• Be the primary contact for assigned accounts; understand goals, use cases, and success metrics

• Drive retention & growth: QBRs, health checks, flag risks, surface upsell/cross-sell with Sales

• Resolve issues by coordinating with Product/Tech/Ops; follow through to closure

• Guide clients on onboarding, processes, and product updates

• Prepare quotes/proposals/renewal packs, assist with procurement paperwork

• Act as the Voice of Customer to help improve product & policies

• Meet SLA targets (response/resolution) and protect data confidentiality

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS / marketplace / domain & internet services / IT services

• Basic analysis & presentation skills (pivot tables, QBR/ROI decks)
