Job Responsibilities

• Support the daily administration and operations of the spa.
• Conduct regular checks on facilities, rooms and equipment; identify issues and follow up on repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and external parties on operational matters.
• Manage purchasing, quotations, inventory and stock to ensure sufficient supplies.
• Assist in supervising cleaners and spa attendants to maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
• Prepare staff rosters, attendance and working-hour records using HR / POS systems.
• Assist with staff onboarding, uniforms, lockers and other staff-related arrangements.
• Support events, corporate groups, partners and other operational activities when required.
• Assist with safety checks, contract renewals and implementation of operational SOPs.
• Handle other administrative and ad-hoc operational duties as required.
  

Requirements

• Proactive, responsible and hands-on with good initiative.
• Able to identify problems, suggest practical solutions and follow through until completion.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in administration, operations, hospitality or spa industry is an advantage.
