About the role

Support Commercial Operations by assisting the team with in-app marketing for latest solutions and campaigns across all verticals, including Promotions, Banners, and EDMs utilizing various tools & systems. Work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to design the best in-app user journeys for each campaign. Monitor and share monthly performance updates to ensure continuous improvement and success.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team with in-app marketing for latest solutions and campaigns across all verticals, including Promotions, Banners, and EDMs utilizing various tools & systems
• Work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to design the best in-app user journeys for each campaign
• Monitor and share monthly performance updates to ensure continuous improvement and success

About you

• Minimum 1 year experience working with ecommerce advertisement/campaign management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Comfortable working with marketing technology solutions and tools, leveraging them to optimize campaign performance.
• Intermediate Excel skills for handling large datasets and ensuring accurate configuration

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
