Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business clients through

prospecting, networking, and referrals

Understand clients’ business and financing needs and recommend suitable

secured and unsecured loan solutions

Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve

loan disbursement targets

.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and accurate

KYC and documentation

.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying

cross-selling and upselling opportunities

.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
