• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in accounting is preferred.

• Familiar with daily accounting operations, invoices, payments, claims, P&L reports and audit processes.

• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Good attention to detail and able to handle accounts accurately.

• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin. English and Bahasa Malaysia are required for work communication.

• Able to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.

• Responsible, willing to learn and motivated to grow together with the company.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time

• Handle daily accounting and finance-related matters.

• Manage invoices, payments, claims, and account records.

• Record and monitor account transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments.

• Prepare and assist with Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and other financial reports.

• Assist in audit-related matters and ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.

• Handle account reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies when required.

• Ensure accurate and timely updating of accounting records and transactions.

• Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.

• Able to adapt to changes, solve problems and handle unexpected situations when necessary.
