What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in construction, project coordination, quantity surveying or site management.

• Experience in measurement and site coordination is highly preferred.

• Able to read and understand construction drawings.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised, responsible and able to follow through on project matters.

• Comfortable liaising with subcontractors and different project stakeholders.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects or site requirements.

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building or related discipline is an advantage.

• Own transport (car or motorbike) is preferred due to travel between project sites.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate project activities and day-to-day site requirements.

• Conduct and oversee site measurements and verify actual site conditions.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.

• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.

• Monitor project progress, site requirements and schedules.

• Follow up on material deliveries and project-related matters.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve site coordination issues promptly.

• Prepare measurement records, site reports and project documentation.

• Work closely with the QS/Commercial team on measurements, costing and project requirements.

• Provide regular updates on project progress and outstanding matters.
