About the role
Perform routine maintenance and repairs for Co-living Company.
Key responsibilities
- Repair doors, windows, locks, cabinets, and other fixtures
- Perform painting work
- Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical issues (lighting, switches, sockets)
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, clogged drains, and pipe fittings
- Basic air condition servicing and trouble shooting
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Relocate furniture from apartment to apartment as per tenant request
Job requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Good communication skill with tenants
- Own a motor bike to travel around
- Class 3A license to drive Van
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
