About the Roles

We are hiring an Accounts Executive (AR) for a dairy products manufacturing company located in Tuas. This is a full-time permanent position working on a 5-day week (Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm), offering a competitive package with Basic salary, AWS, and Performance Bonus. The role provides a stable environment within a well-established manufacturing setting, ideal for someone who enjoys structured accounts receivable work and process-driven finance operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Record sales invoices accurately into the Navision ERP system
• Process incoming customer payments and maintain up-to-date receipt records
• Generate daily accounts receivable reports for management review
• Submit invoices to banks for financing arrangements when required
• Prepare credit limit forecast reports to support smooth sales delivery planning
• Issue customer Statements of Accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy
• Create and process debit notes and credit notes as needed
• Handle submission of insurance claims when required
• Carry out inventory reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
• Support month-end closing activities and assist with other accounting duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or accounts receivable functions
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with experience in Navision preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage
