Role Description The Physical Therapy Specialist will provide remote, part-time therapeutic services to clients experiencing physical challenges related to injury, illness, or chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs through virtual consultations, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and guiding clients through safe, effective exercises and functional training. The specialist will collaborate with multidisciplinary mental health and wellness professionals to support integrated care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Additional tasks include documenting sessions accurately, educating clients and caregivers on home exercise programs and ergonomics, and maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professional ethics. This is a part-time remote role, offering flexible scheduling to serve a global client base.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to understand diagnoses and design appropriate treatment plans.
• Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation and Home Care, including creating safe, practical exercise programs for remote delivery.
• Proven skills in Patient Care, with empathy, active listening, and a client-centered approach to virtual consultations.
• Relevant professional licensure or certification in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) in the candidate’s practicing region.
• Experience providing telehealth or remote therapy services, with comfort using digital platforms and documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language to diverse clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team.
• Prior experience in mental health or holistic wellness settings is beneficial, as is familiarity with global and cross-cultural care.
