A progressive and dynamic M&E Laboratory Engineering firm is seeking for suitable candidates who are seeking advancement in their careers.

PROJECT MANAGER / ENGINEER / COORDINATOR / EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Candidates applying for this position are required to:-

• Attend meetings with clients, consultants and contractors for projects undertaken
• Undertake project supervision and coordinating sub contractors works
• Work closely and coordinate with a team of Engineers and Designers
• Conduct safety briefing and attend all safety and coordination meeting
• Provide technical support, organize maintenance schedules and prepare quotations for periodic maintenance works for existing clients

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Engineering related certificates
• Preferably with building construction industry and facilities maintenance
• Strong understanding in Interior building works, M&E and engineering practice is an advantage
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, SHAREPOINT and other related engineering software is an added advantage.
• Have safety supervision certifications is an advantage
• Pleasant, good interpersonal skills, teamwork, solution-oriented and outcome- driven
• Familiar with laboratory, industrial and commercial projects is an added advantage
