Job Description: EWF Developer (Senior, L4)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior EWF Developer to design, build, and maintain workflow and case management solutions on the Shared Platform, supporting the Parallel Sourcing initiative. The role centers on the IBM FileNet and BPM/Case Manager stack, with Java, JavaScript (Dojo), and Oracle database development. You will work in an open systems environment and lead technical delivery within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy workflow and case management solutions using BPM / Case Manager on FileNet.

Build and customize user interfaces and widgets using JavaScript and Dojo.

Develop backend components and integrations in Java.

Write and optimize SQL and Oracle SQL for data access, reporting, and application logic.

Design and maintain Oracle database objects such as tables, indexes, procedures, and queries.

Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications in open systems (Unix/Linux) environments.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and estimates.

Perform code reviews, unit and integration testing, and support UAT and production releases.

Diagnose and resolve defects and performance issues, including root cause analysis.

Mentor junior developers and set technical standards within the team.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and platform teams on delivery.

Experience and Qualifications

Min 7 years of software development experience

Proven hands-on delivery of FileNet BPM / Case Manager solutions in an enterprise environment.

Strong Java and Oracle development skills.

Experience working on shared or multi-team platforms.

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
