Who This Role Is Best For

This position is ideal for a disciplined, hardworking, and reliable professional who thrives in a hands‑on warehouse environment. You will succeed here if you are detail‑oriented, comfortable with physical tasks, and motivated to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately, following FEFO procedures.
• Check product condition, batch numbers, and expiry dates before packing.
• Receive deliveries, verify against documents, and store stock correctly.
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) promptly for all movements.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety.
• Support loading/unloading and other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Based in Singapore; able to work Mon–Fri 8:30am–6pm, Sat 8:30am–2pm.
• Previous hands‑on warehouse picking/packing experience.
• Comfortable using WMS, barcode scanners, and Excel.
• Physically fit for lifting/moving heavy boxes safely.
• Disciplined, punctual, dependable, and detail‑oriented.
• Able to follow written instructions and SOPs consistently.
• Experience handling healthcare/expiry‑sensitive products is an advantage.
