We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Assistant Precast Manager
to overall manage multiple condominium projects in the main construction sector.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review precast shop drawings and related technical documentation
Monitor and advise on precast production schedules to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with consultants on technical requirements and project specifications
Attend coordination and site meetings with relevant stakeholders
Liaise with precast yards on technical details, production issues, and technical support
Conduct daily QA/QC inspections and checks
Ensure smooth coordination of precast activities on site
Perform other duties related to precast coordination as assigned
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in precast coordination in condominium project
Experience in aluminium façade works will be an added advantage
Professional attitude and good personal presentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful, proactive, and able to resolve issues independently
Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
Working Hours:
5-day work week

CCR was established on January 2000 with BCA registered capital of 4.8 million. CCr had obtained certificates such as PHSMS, ISO 14000, ISO9000, Green & Gracious and etc. Currently CCR employs around 100 staffs and over one thousand workers.
CCR is specialised in the construction of condominium projects. over the last 14 years, we have been building-up good relationships with a pool of reputable clients and specialists. In addition we have completed more than 30 projects such as condominium, commercial development, hotel and factory. Currently CCR is undertakes private projects namely Botanique, The Terrace EC, 70 Saint Patrick's, 18 Woodsville, M38 Factory, and etc.
