PRIMARY DEPTH

• Able to locate the exact step and user group affected. Separate UX friction from technical failures, unclear value or a differentuser need. Combine funnel data, firsthand product checks, user conversations and support evidence. State what is knownand what is still a hypothesis.

• Capability to choose between competing requests, bugs and opportunities. Explain the impact, affected users, cost and effort behindthe choice. Challenge low-value work with evidence and propose a practical alternative. Name what you cut or deferred when priorities changed.

• Use AI tools to turn a proposed improvement into a functional prototype or MVP. Show the current flow and the proposedflow, including the UX logic. Let stakeholders experience the change before engineering builds it; refine it when the proposal is challenged.

• Define the minimum useful release, its acceptance criteria and what comes later. Balance unnecessary complexity againstmissing essentials. Re-sequence work with engineers when capacity or priorities change, while protecting critical user journeys and quality.

• Explain the baseline, target, measurement period and actual result for a product outcome. Distinguish delivery fromadoption and business impact. Check performance proactively and investigate unexpected changes rather than waiting for someone to assign the problem.

• Stay with the problem when a prototype is rejected or a release does not move the number. Revisit the diagnosis, seek missing evidence and decide the next test. Know when to improve the solution, change direction or recommend stoppingfurther investment.

• Funnel + revenue. Instrument the funnel, name baselines and drop-offs, prioritize by impact × effort × revenue. Examples: onboarding completion, search → chat, chat → hire, Request vs Chat confusion, coin-copy clarity, Recommended page speed.

• Weekly throughput. 10–15 quality tickets/week, 1–2 MVPs/week (20–25/mo). PRD + user stories + acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence, challenge eng on what/why/arch, own QA incl. negative/regression + UAT, release notes, dashboard daily/weekly x 1 month.

• Multi-hat craft + AI daily. Own wireframe/mockup yourself (Figma or Claude / V0 / Gemini), prototype, test endpoints, train AMs/HR-ops, fix demo hygiene (no prod accounts, sandbox data). Premium AI is given with ROI expectation.

• Decisions under pressure. Say SHIP / KILL / QUEUE / ROLLBACK with data. A/B even if UX dips. Defend trade-offs to eng, sales, and leadership. Recover fast when v1 fails.

• Cross-border execution. Daily standups, PIC/backup ownership, vendor/distributed team management across MY/ID/VN. Training/enablement, not just launch.
