Responsibilities:

Finance Operations

• Assist in verifying and processing supplier invoices.
• Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system on a timely basis.
• Maintain and update vendor master data in the accounting system.
• Assist in resolving supplier and internal queries relating to invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate AP records and filing.
• Reconcile supplier statements.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of month end schedules and supporting documents.
• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist in month end closing activities.

Cash Flow & Treasury Support

• Perform weekly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monitoring daily cash balances and bank positions to ensure sufficient funding for operational requirements.

Tax & Compliance

• Review transactions and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance before e-Invoice submission.
• Monitor e-Invoice validation status and resolve any rejected, invalid, or failed submissions on a timely basis.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Project teams) to obtain required information for e-Invoice processing.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy and quality focus.
