Lead Multidisciplinary BIM Delivery Across Major Newly Awarded Building Projects

Position: BIM Manager / Assistant BIM Manager (C&S / M&E)

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week

Salary: SGD 9,000 – SGD 12,000 (Highly Negotiable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage BIM implementation, coordination and delivery throughout the construction project lifecycle.
• Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination across M&E, C&S and Architectural works, ensuring effective integration between disciplines.
• Lead BIM model reviews, clash detection and resolution of design, coordination and constructability issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure BIM models and deliverables meet design and construction requirements.
• Manage BIM standards, model submissions, documentation and project deliverables in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support the BIM team while working closely with site and project teams to ensure effective BIM implementation and coordination during construction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction, BIM or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience, including experience leading BIM coordination and delivery on major building projects.
• Strong BIM experience across M&E and/or C&S disciplines, with M&E / Building Services experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM coordination, model management and clash detection.
• Strong A1/Main Contractor experience in Singapore, with exposure to large-scale Healthcare, Commercial or Data Centre projects advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore BIM standards, multidisciplinary coordination and construction workflows, with good leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
