Job Summary
Lead and coordinate engineering projects by preparing schedules, monitoring compliance, mentoring teams, and ensuring quality control to meet client requirements and maintain project profitability.
Responsibilities
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications to uphold quality and safety
Engage daily with clients to interpret their needs and represent their interests on-site
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team members to enhance performance and project outcomes
Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions to maintain project standards
Perform quality control on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance, and report on project status to stakeholders
Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to develop efficient project methods and maintain profitability
Manage multiple discipline projects effectively through strong organizational and time management skills
Apply decision-making and leadership skills to resolve project challenges and guide teams
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience working on project sitework
Proficient in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD
Advanced skills in MS Office applications
Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Project management and supervision skills
