JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and multi-talented Store Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on retail operations but also likes adding a bit of creativity to their work. Your time will be divided into 90% Retail & Parcel Logistics Operations and 10% Simple Graphic/Social Media Design Support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

90% Store & Parcel Operations:

Manage day-to-day cashiering, customer checkout, and retail counter duties. Receive, scan, organize, and hand over courier parcels safely (Courier/Drop-off point management). Assist with stock arrangement, inventory shelf-stocking, and maintaining overall store cleanliness.

10% Light Design Work: Update simple price tags, digital promotional flyers, or shelf signage using tools like Canva. Take casual photos of new arrivals or store promos and post them onto our store's social media page (Facebook/Instagram).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Responsible, punctual, and possesses a positive, friendly customer-service attitude. Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer applications. Familiar with Canva or simple mobile graphic design apps (formal design background is NOT required; basic skills are enough!). Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
