The IT & Innovation Manager will play a key role in shaping and leading AKG Singapore's technology, innovation, and digital transformation agenda.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will identify innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and business performance — while overseeing the organisation's IT environment and managing external technology partners.
This is a strategic and project-focused role for someone who enjoys going beyond traditional IT operations, combining innovation leadership, AI and automation, digital transformation, IT governance, vendor management, and technology project delivery.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to define how technology is used across AKG Singapore and directly influence the organisation's continued growth and future business opportunities. This is a founder-level IT opportunity: the governance structure, innovation roadmap, and team will be built by the person in the role.
