- Plan, supervise, and coordinate building construction activities.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed according to project schedules and specifications.
- Review construction drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Inspect completed work and resolve technical or construction issues.
- Prepare project reports and maintain construction records.
- Support the timely completion of construction projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related engineering software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
