Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations
Guide and support service staff to maintain service quality standards
Welcome customers and ensure a positive dining experience
Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related matters professionally
Assist in staff scheduling and operational coordination
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
Follow food safety procedures and company policies
Support staff training and daily operational activities
Work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
