Responsibilities
Perform hair cutting, coloring, perming, rebonding, and treatment services independently to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
Provide professional consultations to clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hair care products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff
Stay informed about current hair and beauty trends to offer up-to-date services and advice
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure positive service experiences
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Have at least 3 years of experience working in a beauty salon to demonstrate proficiency and reliability in hair services
Demonstrate good communication skills to engage with clients and understand their requirements
