We're looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our Idaten & Kiou Ramen team.
Whether you're experienced or completely new to Japanese cuisine — we'll train you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepare and cook ramen, soup, toppings and other Japanese dishes
Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
Assist with daily kitchen preparation and operations
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Work together with the team to deliver great food and service
Learn Japanese kitchen techniques and ramen preparation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Passion for Japanese food and ramen
Team player with a responsible attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Kitchen/F&B experience is an advantage, but not required
