Job Responsibilities:
Prepare proposal and cost estimation for tender projects
Estimate project quantities and costs in the preparation of major tenders in a timely and cost effective basis such as to take-off HVAC equipment, preparation of IO summary, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, preparation of BOQ, costing, valve selection
Assist the Proposal / Sales Manager on technical matters and costing matters during the process of securing the contracts
Plan, prepare, coordinate and consolidate all estimating activities
Interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, scope of works and etc
Follows all relevant tendering / proposals policies and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Possess minimum 2 years of relevant experience,
preferably in HVAC / BMS industry.
