• Previous experience in outlet operations, restaurant management, F&B supervision, or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Experience supervising front-of-house and/or kitchen staff.

• Able to monitor stock levels and manage daily operational supplies.

• Lead the floor team during opening, peak hours, and closing procedures in strict accordance with outlet SOPs.
• Greet patrons warmly, create a vibrant and hospitable kopitiam atmosphere, and respond swiftly to customer requests.
• Handle table turnaround, order taking, and delivery platform pickups to avoid customer bottlenecks.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, special requests, or service complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise kitchen workflow, ensuring smooth communication and order coordination between service staff and kitchen crew.
• Oversee food preparation, drink dispensing, and assembly lines to guarantee consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Monitor ticket times during rush hours to prevent delays and maintain speedy service.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
• Supervise daily cash floats, execute end-of-day settlement and cash reconciliation, and account for zero balance discrepancies.
• Compile and submit daily sales summaries and cash reports to management on schedule.
• Maintain rigorous cleanliness across the dining area, cashier counters, beverage stations, and kitchen prep zones.
• Ensure table layouts, condiment trays, cutlery stations, and equipment remain organized, well-stocked, and spotless throughout shifts.
• Enforce personal hygiene and grooming standards across both front-line and kitchen staff.
• Track daily stock levels for kitchen raw ingredients, beverage items, packaging, and service supplies to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and task allocation across shifts for both floor and kitchen crews.
• Foster high morale, support on-the-job training for new hires, and promote cohesive teamwork between front and back of house.

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for an Operation Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a busy kopitiam outlet and ensure smooth service, food quality, cleanliness, cash handling, inventory control, and staff performance.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, customer-oriented, and able to lead both front-of-house and kitchen teams effectively. This role requires strong operational discipline, good communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and organized during peak operating hours.
