Job location: Changi North
Working Hours – 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday

Long term contract 1 year, extendable/ renewable
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain quality records, Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), and Quality Standard Operating Policies and Manuals (SOPM).
Coordinate regulatory, customer, and third-party audits for Line Maintenance and Base Maintenance operations.
Arrange audit logistics, including transport, security clearances, and administrative support.
Process and coordinate payments related to regulatory approvals, audits, and airline operator requirements.
Organize Focus Monthly Meetings and Quality Management Meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation, and circulation of meeting minutes.
Maintain audit documentation, regulatory correspondence, and compliance records.
Monitor audit findings and corrective action follow-up activities to ensure timely closure.
Provide administrative support to facilitate compliance, audit readiness, and quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering-related industry in a support or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, quality documentation, or regulatory processes is an added advantage.
Knowledge of aviation maintenance operations, quality systems, or regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
