Maintenance & Repair

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all equipment operates at peak efficiency and complies with safety standards.

Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

• Identify mechanical faults and implement solutions to restore equipment functionality.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to resolve breakdowns and optimize machine performance.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and technical drawings to analyze and rectify issues.

Installation & Upgrades

• Assist in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Support process improvements by recommending and implementing mechanical modifications.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.
• Follow established work procedures and update maintenance logs as required.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during equipment maintenance.
• Participate in safety training and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
