Job Purpose

• Ensure accurate financial management and reporting for the company’s motorcycle sales, spare parts, and service operations, supporting business growth and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilites

• Maintain and update financial records, including sales, purchases, and expenses related to motorcycles, spare parts, and services.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow, including dealership-specific transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors and management.

Other Skills and Abilities

• Take responsibility and accountability for daily tasks (as delegated to you by your Manager).
• Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Sales and Service departments.
• Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to management and other departments.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven accounting experience of 2–3 years, preferably in a dealership or automotive- related environment.
• Candidates with professional accounting credentials are preferred.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling financial information.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
