Role Description The Operation Controller will oversee and coordinate day-to-day flight operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all trips. This full-time remote role includes monitoring flight schedules, tracking aircraft movements, and adjusting operational plans in response to changing conditions such as weather, air traffic, and client requests. The Operation Controller will collaborate with pilots, dispatch, maintenance, and client services teams to confirm flight details, optimize routing, and support on-time performance. The role involves reviewing operational data, preparing status reports, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems. The Operation Controller will also help refine procedures, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support a high-quality client experience through reliable operational control.

Qualifications

• Operational planning and control skills, including experience with flight scheduling, coordination, and real-time decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and respond quickly to changing conditions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with pilots, dispatch, maintenance, and client service teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, recordkeeping, and use of operational software tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business, logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on operational needs.
