Salary Package: Basic $3600 - $4200 + Bonus
Working Day: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)
Work Location: Gul Circle - Company transport provided

Responsibility:
Handle full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and employee administration.
Process payroll, IR8A submissions, work pass applications and MYE applications.
Manage employee records, staff movements, dormitory arrangements and work injury claims.
Prepare monthly HR reports and administer insurance matters.
Support HR policies, systems, grant applications and company events.
Assist with ISO certification and external audits.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
Familiar with MOM EPOL/WPOL systems and Singapore HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
