About Our Client

Our client is an established wholesale bank looking to appoint a Head of Treasury Sales, Financial Institutions in Singapore. This newly created headcount will lead a small FI sales team, partnering closely with Corporate Banking and the newly established Financial Institutions Group to grow the FI and NBFI franchise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow treasury sales coverage across financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions

• Develop client relationships and deliver treasury solutions aligned with their investment, hedging and risk management needs

• Partner with Corporate Banking and FIG to identify opportunities and deepen client penetration

• Drive revenue growth, client acquisition and cross-selling across relevant treasury products

• Lead and develop a lean team while maintaining direct client coverage

• Work closely with Trading, Structuring, Risk and Compliance to support effective execution and sound business practices

Requirements

• Extensive treasury sales experience, ideally spanning 20 years or more, with strong FI and NBFI coverage

• Proven track record in building client relationships and generating sustainable revenue

• Strong knowledge of treasury products and the needs of institutional counterparties

• Leadership experience, with the ability to coach a small team and contribute directly to sales

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build a growing franchise

• Commercially driven, strategic and hands-on
